Working from a place of rest For those connected with UK or overseas
mission
2010, 23-27 August [4pm Mon - 2.30pm Fri]
Led by Tony Horsfall
£270 full board or £150 non-residential This retreat will follow the theme of
Tony’s latest book of the same title.
Based on John 4, it will look at the
pattern which Jesus gives us for
sustaining and enjoying ministry over the
long haul. Themes to be covered include -
the journey we are on; overcoming
tiredness and finding rest; satisfying
your spiritual thirst; watching God at
work. There will be reflective worship,
times of quiet, and personal accompaniment
if required.

Living the cross - following Jesus into his world 2010, 22-25 November [4pm Mon – 2.30pm Thur
Led by Chris Neal]
£195 full board or £100 non-residential The call of Jesus is to follow him into
his world and with him to share in the
mission purposes of the Father. As we look
at the ministry of Jesus there must be the
recognition he calls not only to a radical
life-style but to one which is costly .
During our time together we will explore
the letter of Paul to the Philippians and
discover afresh what it means to life a
life shaped by the Cross of Christ.
