From its earliest days, Penhurst has had a heart from mision and we specialise in supporting mission partners, cross-cultural workers and full-time Christian workers from the UK and overseas.

We offer specific led retreats for mission partners and Christian workers, including debrief retreats and other themes particularly relevant to those in ministry.

Debriefing is a valuable tool for anyone but particularly those working in ministry and cross-cultural mission. You will have time with one of our trained facilitators to talk about and process your experiences and gain fresh perspective, helping you as you look forward to the next phase of your life and ministry.
