A `Taste and See` day for overseas mission organisations, church mission teams and/or mission partners. An opportunity to experience what this very special retreat centre has to offer - good food, beautiful surroundings, a `thin place` to meet with God. Come and experience this unique resource for yourself and those you are responsible for in your ministry setting to come and be refreshed, renewed and restored. Free of charge but booking essential.
The day will be led by former mission worker, writer and retreat leader Tony Horsfall and will include times of teaching and reflection, tours of the house and grounds, as well as a delicious home-cooked lunch.
For a fuller Penhurst experience, why not arrive on Monday afternoon and stay overnight? If this will be your first stay with us, we are delighted to offer the Monday night free of charge - please contact us via the office to book. Tuesday night onwards can also be added at our normal accommodation prices.
