Come and deepen your relationship with God on this silent individually guided retreat (IGR). An IGR offers you the time and opportunity to pay attention to God and to be more aware of God`s work in your life. It also gives the space to pray and to reflect on your life, to consider the decisions you have to make, and the priorities you want to set.
This retreat will be in silence allowing you to have the space you need to rest, relax and spend time with God in whatever way best helps you. You will meet with Maureen or Chris each day to reflect together on what you sense the Lord is saying to you and what you might like to consider until you meet again the next day. There will be others on their individually guided retreat and together we form a special community of God`s people within the natural rhythm of the Penhurst day.
The group will meet altogether for short daily times of prayer, and for the rest of the time there is silent space to pray and rest in whatever way suits you.
On the first day please try to arrive between 3-4pm to have time to settle in before the first session at 4.30pm. The retreat finishes after lunch on the last day.
