Rachel Kiley, is a photographer and creativity specialist, living within the South Downs National Park in Sussex. Alongside her photography work, tuition and workshops over the last 16 years, Rachel works alongside the team at Ashburnham Place, hosting educational experiences for school groups in connection with the land, with Rachel leading sessions on creativity and contemplative practice. She is also a regular speaker on the subjects of Creativity and Identity, with the Catalyst volunteer programme there. She has recently worked with The National Trust South East as part of their Creativity on the Downs project, connecting people with the landscape through mindful photography practice. Rachel draws deep inspiration from the Celtic monastic and Christian mystical traditions and loves to cultivate and host mindful, inclusive spaces where curiosity, creativity, nature, contemplation and self-reflection can come together to foster a sense of wellbeing for individuals and groups. https://www.rachelkiley.co.uk/

Photographer and creativity specialist, Rachel, will gently guide participants through the day, which will include morning reflections and a contemplative smartphone photography walk. There will also be opportunities for creative writing, mark making, silence, self-reflection and sharing together, as we gently connect with our creative selves and new ways of seeing and engaging with the world around us.
