Ruth Traynar
Ruth Traynar trained as a spiritual director with the diocese of Oxford in 2006 and has been accompanying others on their journey of faith ever since. She began facilitating quiet days shortly after this in 2008, and regularly runs weekend retreats at Stanton House in Oxfordshire. Her delight is to `find ways of offering invitations to engage with God at a deep, meaningful and lifechanging level.`

A week set aside for rest and spending time with God. Book in for the whole week or just a couple of nights. Ruth will host a short prompt morning and evening with time to chat around the fire after supper. An ideal time for anyone wanting to be with God in a loosely structured way with time for accompaniment available. Contact us in the office if you just want to stay for one or two nights.
