Mary Monfries
Mary is an experienced retreat guide, coach and trained spiritual director. Her former business career, which she combined with bringing up a family, gives her first-hand experience of the full and complex lives we can find ourselves in and the importance of the kind of resourcing that a retreat like this can bring. She stepped out of her full-time career in June 2022 to focus more fully on this work.
