Shirley Skrentny
Shirley is a pastoral leader and trained group facilitator. She leads retreats with distinct themes, tackling hidden, yet prevalent, pastoral topics. Her retreats are catalysts for change. God’s word is explored alongside the heart-response with an expectation to encounter God in the process.
Shirley has been in church leadership teams for forty years, the last twenty of which have been at City Gates, Soho (planted by Ichthus Christian Fellowship.) She works with the national charity, Cruse Bereavement, supporting individuals and groups. Shirley has also worked for the local authority as a mediator for neighbour-disputes and likes a challenge.
