Carol Morgan

I spent many years in the NHS as a nurse, midwife and health visitor. I spent time as a student in Israel and Nairobi, working amongst the most deprived, and teaching. Once my children were older, I became ordained as a priest in the church of England, where I worked in urban deprivation areas. I have done chaplaincy in a young offenders institution, in a centre for the homeless, a women’s refuge and conferences. I believe God turns up in the toughest of places, even church. I am training in spiritual direction, and have studied history of art. My passion is helping people to find and express their spirituality through artistic expression. I spend a lot of my time painting and drawing, and am frequently to be found with paint all over me. I have two rag doll cats and two energetic retrievers. I am married with three adult children, one of whom is neurodiverse.
