A nature inspired, self taught textile Artist for over 14 years. My journey has transformed my passion for nature into a skilled art form and I breath new life into preloved fabrics, with the view to reuse wherever possible, weaving nature’s beauty through free machine and hand embroidery.
This allows me to express my creativity through the medium of fabric and thread, utilising nature to print fabrics and paper, giving my work a unique and organic touch. The combination of these techniques gives a sustainable approach to my work, each piece tells a story of renewal and its connection to the natural world.
I have been on the staff team here at Penhurst for over 17 years as housekeeper and cook!
